How clients and subcontractors agree to receive texts from Delta Chief Contracting

Last updated: October 18, 2026

Delta Chief Contracting, LLC sends text messages only to existing clients and subcontractors who agree to receive them. There are two ways to agree, described below: signing a contract or subcontract, or texting START. There is no website sign-up form.

Method 1: Signed contract or subcontract

Every Delta Chief client contract and subcontract issued since October 13, 2026 has a bold, standalone "Text Message Consent" section. In the client contract it is in the Terms the client signs. In the subcontract it is directly above the signature lines. It names both of our numbers, (662) 601-9447 and (662) 871-8066, and says what the texts cover. The client or subcontractor reads the section and signs. The signature approves the contract and the texts.

Client contract clause

TEXT MESSAGE CONSENT. By signing this Agreement, Owner agrees to receive text messages from Delta Chief Contracting, LLC at (662) 601-9447 and from TJ Armstrong's cell, (662) 871-8066, sent to the mobile number(s) Owner gives Contractor. These texts are only about this project: scheduling, appointment and site-visit reminders, crew arrival notices, and project updates. Delta Chief will not send marketing texts. How often we text depends on the project. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, or call (662) 871-8066. Reply STOP to either number at any time to stop all texts from both numbers. Stopping texts does not change or cancel this Agreement, and we will keep reaching you by phone, email, or mail. See deltachief.com/privacy and deltachief.com/sms-terms.

The bold, standalone client Text Message Consent section, numbered §18, appears in the signed contract terms (sample layout), between greyed-out placeholder terms. At the bottom of the page, a note reads Client signs the agreement including these Terms, above signature lines for Owner (Sample Client) and the date (Sample Date).

Subcontract clause

TEXT MESSAGE CONSENT. By signing this Agreement, Subcontractor agrees to receive text messages from Delta Chief Contracting, LLC at (662) 601-9447 and from TJ Armstrong's cell, (662) 871-8066, sent to the mobile number(s) Subcontractor gives Contractor. These texts are about work under this Agreement only: scheduling, job-site times and changes, and project updates. Delta Chief will not send marketing texts. How often we text varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, or call (662) 871-8066. Reply STOP to either number at any time to stop all texts from both numbers. Stopping texts does not change this Agreement, and Subcontractor will then receive schedule notices by phone or email. See deltachief.com/privacy and deltachief.com/sms-terms.

Method 2: Text START to (662) 601-9447

A client or subcontractor who has our number (662) 601-9447 from their contract, a site visit, or our business card can text START to that number. They immediately receive:

“Delta Chief Contracting: You're subscribed to project texts. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”

Replying STOP to (662) 601-9447 or to (662) 871-8066 stops all texts from both numbers.
