Information We Collect

• Estimate bookings: When you book a free estimate consultation, the booking is handled by Calendly. You give your name, email, phone number, project address and any notes you choose to share. Calendly's own privacy policy also applies to that booking.
• Calls, texts and email: If you call, text or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and what you tell us about your project.
• Job applications: If you apply through our careers form, it is handled by Jotform and we receive the details you submit.
• Contracts: if you sign a contract or subcontract with us, we keep the contact, project and payment information in it.

How We Use It

We use your information only to respond to you, schedule and prepare estimates, do the work you hire us for, and send you updates about your appointment or project.

What We Don't Do

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share mobile numbers or text messaging opt-in data and consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We share information only with the services we use to run our business (such as Calendly for scheduling and our phone, text messaging (Twilio) and email providers), or when the law requires it.

Cookies and Analytics

This website does not use analytics or advertising trackers and does not set its own cookies. The Calendly scheduler on our estimate page may set cookies needed to make a booking.

Text Messages

If you sign a Delta Chief contract or subcontract, or text START to (662) 601-9447, we will send project texts (scheduling, appointment and site-visit reminders, crew arrival notices, and project updates). Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. We do not share mobile numbers or text messaging opt-in data and consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your Choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us below, subject to records we must keep by law, for tax purposes, or for legal claims. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to (662) 601-9447 or (662) 871-8066.
